Returns
Because products are research chemicals, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in their original packaging, and only when a return is authorized in advance. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request authorization.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error was ours.
